disorder and scattered in all directions. She then took

me into the small room. I took a look around inside.

The furnishings of the room were very simple. A bed

put up with some wooden boards, an old table and a

chair were all the things there were in the room. But

               it was clean and tidy.

                       “Are you living here?”

                       “Yes, I am.”

“It’s unfair! It’s unfair for a girl to live here. The

circumstances are bleak and desolate. It’s very

               dangerous and fearful!”

“I am used to it,” she said calmly. “How did you

               find me here?”

“Your mother told me. I’ve written thousands of

letters to you but you never replied. So, I came here.

I didn’t know where you were. I went to your

mother’s hospital and saw her. She told me you were

               here.”
