That would give him an excuse to beat me. He knew
that he was stronger than me. Fighting me in our
office would give him an upper hand. So he would
come into our office to challenge me. He wanted to
see whether I had the guts to argue with him.
One weekend he came into our office and
mocked me, “Da Guang Gui! Did you have a good
sleep? Do you want me to introduce you to a girl?”
I said nothing and did my utmost to avoid the
battle. He came over and felt my head while
continued to ridicule me. I warned him that he should
behave himself and shouldn’t make trouble. He
flared up and shouted, “I came here just to find fault
with you! What are you going to do?”
With that, he got hold of my collar and held on
to it tightly. He pulled me hard. I gave him a punch
at his armpit. A visible shudder swept over him.
Following the punch, I tripped his leg. He let me go
